Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this privacy notice informs users about the processing of personal data collected through the website ai-genius.xyz.

The website does not require user registration, does not offer user accounts, and does not include interactive features (such as comments or forums). It does not collect personal data automatically, and no traffic analysis or profiling tools are in use.

Personal data may be collected in two ways:

  1. Through the contact form, which uses the third-party service EmailJS to send emails.
  2. Through the Substack newsletter form, which is loaded only after the user grants explicit consent via the cookie banner.

Data Controller

The data controller is the owner of this website, who can be contacted at: antonio.nocerinoai@gmail.com

Types of Data Collected

Via the contact form:

  • Name or identifying information
  • Email address
  • Subject and content of the message
  • Any other voluntarily provided information

Via the Substack newsletter form (optional, consent-based):

  • Email address (submitted directly to Substack)

No sensitive or special category data is collected. Users are required to provide explicit consent before any data is collected (contact form checkbox or cookie banner acceptance).

PurposeLegal Basis
Respond to user inquiries (contact form)User’s consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
Newsletter subscription (Substack form)User’s consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR

Data will not be used for marketing or profiling by the site owner.

Use of EmailJS

The contact form uses EmailJS (https://www.emailjs.com), a third-party service that enables client-side email delivery without server-side code. When the user submits the form, the data is transmitted via EmailJS and delivered directly to the site owner’s email inbox.

EmailJS is a third-party provider that may process data in the EU or in countries that offer adequate data protection. According to its Privacy Policy, EmailJS complies with the GDPR for data originating in the EU.

The data submitted via EmailJS is not stored on the website’s server.

Use of Substack

The website includes an embedded newsletter subscription form provided by Substack (https://substack.com). This form is loaded inside an iframe only after the user explicitly consents to the “Third-party services” category in the cookie banner.

When the iframe is loaded, Substack may set cookies on the .substack.com domain for security and internal testing purposes (see the Cookie Policy for details). If the user subscribes via the form, their email address is collected and processed directly by Substack under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The site owner does not have direct access to Substack’s cookie data. Subscriber data is managed through the Substack platform.

Cookies

The website uses a single strictly necessary cookie (cc_cookie) to store cookie consent preferences. Third-party cookies from Substack are set only after explicit consent. For the complete list of cookies, see the Cookie Policy.

Data Retention

The data received via EmailJS is stored only in the recipient’s email inbox (i.e., the site owner’s email address) and not stored or processed on the web server.

All personal data is retained only for the time needed to respond to the user’s request and is deleted after a maximum of six months, unless there is a legal or legitimate reason to retain it longer.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained by Substack according to its own data retention policies.

User Rights

Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, users have the right to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Request rectification or deletion of inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Request data portability (where applicable)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. www.garanteprivacy.it)

All requests may be submitted to the controller at antonio.nocerinoai@gmail.com.

Cookie consent can be revoked at any time via the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom-left of every page.

Policy Updates

This privacy notice may be revised to reflect legal or technical changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
